Toca Boca Days
Toca Boca Days is… or was? I'm unsure about the fate of the game—well, it was supposed to be a 3D social playground for an elusive age group: tweens. I still have no idea who they are. Anyway, the good folks at Toca Boca asked me to help build many aspects of the world from the ground up—here's a little tasting course. This doesn't include things like design explorations, writing for the core characters (dear friends I brought into the world another time), and hiding sloth-creatures in odd places.
Pretty much having a jolly time cramming as many silly details as humanely possible in each little thing—from designing new furniture to sourcing existing elements of their IP (IP, what an oddly dirty acronym) and bringing them in this whole new experience.
With my favourite activity: making as many posters as I can (while having to use only five colours for each one thanks to technical limitations).
